About Karnataka Education Authority (KEA)
The government of Karnataka has been conducting the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) since 1994. The students for CET will be selected on the basis of their qualifying exam, minimum marks and subjects.
Karnataka Common Entrance Test : Exam Dates
The exam dates for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test have been released by Karnataka Education Authority. Maths and Biology tests will be held on 28th of August 2021. And the Chemistry and Physics test will be conducted the next day, which is 29th August 2021. The exam timings for biology paper are from 10:30 am to 11:50 am and for maths paper are from 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm on 28th August 2021. And the timings for Physics and Chemistry are 10:30 am to 11:50 am and 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm respectively.
KCET Exam Pattern
The Karnataka Common Entrance Test will be held offline. Objective type questions will be asked in the test. Each question will carry 1 mark. The candidate can choose between English and Kannada language. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers. Each subject will contain 60 questions. The candidates can check the results on the official website of Karnataka Education Authority after the exams. Every year, the results for the KCET exam are given out in June.
KCET Admit Card 2021
The Karnataka Education Authority (KEA) will release the admit card on its official website. The candidates can use the link given. The link to the official website of Karnataka Education Authority is given at the end of the article. The students will not be sent the admit card by KEA. They will have to download the admit card from the official website of Karnataka Education Authority. The students are advised to take a print out of the admit card for the future purposes.
The steps to download the KCET Admit card 2021 & Hall Ticket
- First the candidate should open the official website of Karnataka Education Authority.
- Click on UG CET Admit Card.
- The candidate should write all the asked details.
- Now you should click on ‘submit’.
- Now the candidate can download the admit card and take a print of it for future purposes.
