About Kerala High Court Assistant Recruitment 2021 : The High Court of Kerala has recently released a notification regarding the recruitment of Assistant at the High Court of Kerala. The eligible candidates can apply for the post before the due date. The last date to apply for the post is 9th August 2021. Selection Procedure for Kerala High Court Assistant Recruitment
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the following criteria mentioned below :
- Objective Test
- Descriptive Test
- Interview
Exam Syllabus for the Kerala High Court Exam
The exam syllabus and the marks of each test is mentioned below. The important information related to all the tree criterias is given below.
- Objective Test
The objective test will carry 100 marks. The candidates have to answer the questions in an OMR sheet. The time duration for the objective test will be 75 minutes. Each question will carry one mark and for every wrong answer, ¼ mark will be reduced. The test will consist of 3 sections. The sections are :
- General English : This section will carry 50 marks from the total of the 100 marks.
- General Knowledge : This section will carry 40 marks and it will consist of factual questions about India and Kerala, etc. To know more about the general knowledge section, you can check the official notification. The link to the official notification is given at the end of the article.
- Basic Mathematics and Reasoning : It will consist of 10 marks.
- Descriptive Test
The descriptive test will be conducted for 60 minutes and it will carry 60 marks. It will consist of precis, comprehension and short essays.
- Interview
This test will carry 10 marks. The candidates who have scored at least 35% of marks in the first two tests will be eligible to give the test.
The objective test marks, descriptive marks and interview marks will be added together to prepare the final rank list.
