The Indian Agricultural Research Institute – ICAR has recently released a ICAR Technician T-1 Recruitment Notification. The IARI – ICAR has provided the applicants with 641 vacancies for the same. ICAR IARI Technician Recruitment 2022 

The Indian Agricultural Research Institute – ICAR has released a total of 641 vacancies for the post of Technician (T-1). The candidates should apply for the post as soon as possible. In order to avoid any confusion related to application in the future.

ICAR Recruitment Vacancy Details

IARI Technician Age Limit 2022

The candidates who do not satisfy this criteria shall not apply for the ICAR Technician post. The minimum age limit for the post is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years. In simple words, this means that the candidates who have not yet completed 18 years of age and the candidates who have already attained 30 years of age will not be considered eligible for the post. Only the eligible candidates are requested to apply for the post.

• Minimum age limit – 18 years
• Maximum age limit – 30 years

The IARI – ICAR has provided the candidates with upper limit age relaxation. More information about upper age relaxation is provided in the table given below.

Educational Qualifications required for ICAR Technician

All the applicants shall have the required educational qualifications. Only the candidates who have the necessary qualifications will be accepted for the ICAR Technician post. The candidates should have passed the Matriculation exam from any recognized Board.

ICAR IARI Recruitment Salary Details

The applicants should always check the salary details of any post before applying for it. The monthly pay for the post of IARI – ICAR Technician (T – 1) is Rs. 21,700. Application Fees for IARI Technician 2022

The candidates will have to pay an application fee for the application for the ICAR Technician post. The application fees to be paid by an individual are as follows.

So, the total amount that the candidates have to pay are –

For –

• UR / OBC – NCL(NCL) / EWS – Rs. 1000/-
• Women / SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Person with Benchmark Disability – Rs. 300/-

The application fees shall be paid with the application form only. The candidates who do not pay the application fee with the application form will not be accepted. Their application forms will be rejected. The fees must be paid online only. After the fees have been paid, they shall not be refunded to the applicant.

IARI Technician Examination Details

The applicants will have to give a written exam for the selection. The candidates will be selected on the basis of the score of the candidates in the written exam.

The question paper will be available in English as well as Hindi language. There will be a total of 100 questions. The questions will be objective type only. Each question will carry one mark. Every wrong answer will result in negative marking. 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The minimum marks required to pass this exam are 

• 40 % for UR.
• 30 % for SC / OBC – NCL / EWS.
• 25 % for ST.

Document Verification for ICAR Recruitment 2022

The candidates who pass all the eligibility criteria will further be subject to document verification. The following documents will be required for document verification – age, qualifications, caste, character and antecedent verification as well as Medical fitness certificate.
